Data Deletion

You are in control of the data AutoSocials, operated by Lunera AI Solutions FZC, holds about you. This page explains the three ways to remove it, what is deleted, and how long it takes.

1. Disconnect a Platform Inside AutoSocials

Open the Accounts page in AutoSocials and choose Disconnect next to any connected account. The stored access and refresh tokens for that account are deleted immediately and AutoSocials can no longer act on it. Your post history for that account is kept for your records unless you also request full deletion.

2. Revoke Access on the Platform

You can also cut off AutoSocials from the platform side, which takes effect immediately:

• Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions, then remove AutoSocials.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Manage app permissions, then remove AutoSocials.
• Facebook: Settings and privacy, Settings, Business Integrations, then remove AutoSocials.
• Instagram: Settings, Apps and Websites, then remove AutoSocials.

After revocation the token we hold no longer works; it is deleted the next time the connection is checked or when you disconnect in AutoSocials.

3. Request Full Deletion

To erase everything we hold about you, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include the social accounts you connected so we can locate the related records. We verify the request, confirm receipt within 5 business days, and complete deletion within 30 days.

If you reached AutoSocials through Facebook or Instagram, Meta's app removal flow also sends us an automated deletion signal; we act on it the same way.

4. What Is Deleted

• Access and refresh tokens for every connected platform.
• Uploaded videos, cover images and generated previews or thumbnails.
• Drafts, captions, titles, hashtags, per-platform settings and schedules.
• Post and destination records, status history and platform-assigned identifiers.
• Your workspace membership and profile information.

Some records survive deletion for a limited time: security audit entries needed to investigate abuse, and encrypted backups, which expire on their rolling schedule. We keep only what the law requires beyond that.

5. What Is Not Affected

Content already published to YouTube, TikTok, Facebook or Instagram lives on those platforms and is governed by their own terms. Deleting your AutoSocials data does not remove published posts; delete them on the platform directly.
